In the past few years I kept seeing the same problems within the product organisation:
- Product development is not aligned horizontally and vertically.
- People are feeling disconnected with the overall business strategy.
- Feature factory organisation or backlog-driven development without clear overarching goals.
- Key measurements that are still output-driven or velocity-driven rather than outcome-driven.
In this workshop, I will facilitate a workshop where you as participants will come up with a product roadmap that is outcome-oriented and data-driven using Product Canvas that I have developed. The canvas can be downloaded freely here: http://www.agilitypath.com.au/tools
During this workshop, I will also facilitate exercises on how to create an Objective Key Result (OKR) that will be broken down to Sprint Goals then Product Backlog items using Hypothesis template so you will have other options other than User Story to write Product Backlog item.
