Kimberly Andrikaitis is a self proclaimed "Agile Dork” who has bounced around the IT world for over 20 years. She began her career in IT as a starving Graphic Designer and eventually shifted into Testing, Business Analysis, Product Ownership, ScrumMaster and Agile Coach roles.
She’s worked for large corporations such as IBM, Deutsche Bank and Credit Suisse and smaller family run businesses as well. The one thing in common is her passion towards injecting creativity, dissecting agile principles and promoting the Scrum values within the organization.
Obsessed with collaboration, continuous improvement, and experimentation; Kimberly is always contemplating lively techniques for improving team dialogue, strengthening dynamics and coaching for high performance. She’s an energetic eternal optimist, the undercover investigator, and the one who wants to discover what's under the hood.
