I have been in the IT industry for over 10 years now and I started out doing something I did not really enjoy, coding:) Since then I have steadfastly worked to reach a position where I now work on something I am passionate about. People handling,process management and empowering self organization.
My role involves handling client-developer relations in outsourcing and also setting up processes in operations. The Agile whirlwind got me in the year 2013 and I took up certifications to check out the changes it can bring in to our company. Ekipa, a sister concern of our company has been focussed on Agile consulting.
