What I did:
After being team manager and digital projects coordinator, I started my career in coaching as an Agile Coach, having exercised in Brazil and France. In order to enable individuals to reveal their potential individually and collectively I decided to improve my skill as Professional Coach. The Agile transformations that I led were always based on a strong premise -> helping teams to adjust their way of working on three levels: individual (meaning), team (motivation), company (vision).
What I do:
My passion today is to help companies to improve their way of working by applying the Agile Values and principles, the collective intelligence and the meaning of "us" instead of "me" only. My customers : Edenred, Renault, Renault Digital, Safran Aircraft Engines among others.
