Michelle Stevens is a seasoned user research professional whose passion lies in customer experience – deep content, big data, search and recommendations. Her recent roles include developing search products for creation of Presto for Foxtel and serendipitous temporal ontological discovery methods in physical environments for the National War Memorial.
Michelle has been performing extensive research on projects for over 18 years, developing user interfaces and interaction design across of ever emerging devices including SmartTV, phone, tablet, game consoles and desktop. Her extensive cross industry expertise includes broadcast media, video on demand, finance, publishing, gaming, government and telecommunications.
