Hello! I'm a newbie to the agile world. Currently I'm working with my company's Agile Institute, writing about the agile methodology, working with subject matter experts, and building courseware that will be used to train others in our organization.
Though I'm not an expert in agile, I leverage over 17 years of experience analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating various types of training programs. I see some natural similarities between the agile and ADDIE model and recognize opportunities for learning professionals to facilitate agile transformation.
