I have been involved with Product Development for more than 25 years and worked in various roles like Vice President, Director, Architect, Developer, Agile Coach and Scrum Master. I lived and worked in various counties like USA, India, UAE, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong and understand various cultural aspects that affects agility.
As a Certified Scrum Trainer (CST), I have conducted more than 170 Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) workshops and certified more than 7000 participants. I conducted workshops in India and abroad.
I am the first approved "Path to CSP Educator" by Scrum Alliance in India to offer Advanced Scrum classes like Advanced CSM (A-CSM) and Certified Scrum Professional (CSP-SM).
As a Leadership coach (ICF-ACC), I offer coaching services to leaders and executives to help them perform at their best in their profession. I also help with Life Coaching for Anger/Stress Management etc.

Advanced
Agile Teams' self-design is very important (though not very common) exercise in a large-scale agile transformation. In teams’ self design, team members choose their own teams in a collaborative way. This concept here is that the teams will gel quickly and excel when they are self-designed.
In this session I am going to present my experience with such exercise. I facilitated at least 4 such sessions to help an organization as part of a large-scale transformation. The session is going to explain
- Benefits of Feature teams over Component teams
- Self-design of feature teams
- Pilot exercise of self-design of 2 feature teams.
- Large scale self-design of 4 product groups with 30 to 50 members per group.
