Nitin has over 12 years of experience spread across product management, consulting and establishing & leading IT organizations and delivery teams.
Prior to co-founding Sahaj, Nitin served as the General Manager of ThoughtWorks Gurgaon, where he was responsible for establishing the culture of the organization and taking on complete P&L responsibilities. He has led a number of agile teams in delivering complex distributed enterprise solutions, including being the lead for one of the largest agile projects in the world. Nitin has also served a stint at TCS as part of the BFSI products group.
Nitin holds a Master's Diploma in Business Management from Goa Institute of Management, in addition to a Bachelor’s Degree in Materials Engineering. His other passions include education, environment and rural economies. He is part of the Corporate Advisory Board of Chandigarh University and is an avid supporter of Greenpeace and RangDe.
