Nitin Sareen heads the Analytics solutions and delivery for the Group DNA cell of Aditya Birla Group. This group has been formed recently by ABG to drive impact through analytics across the diverse business lines of the group. The team is working to provide cutting-edge analytical solutions across the variety of businesses. Prior to ABG, Nitin was the Director – Data Science at Walmart Labs where he was responsible for the team that delivered scaled data science-driven products for Walmart stores. He has over 18 years of experience and has previously worked in some of the best analytics companies like Citi, HSBC, FICO and GECIS where he has been responsible for setting up and managing analytical groups in the areas of insurance analytics, consumer finance and retail credit risk management where he gathered extensive experience in stakeholder management and functional expertise across marketing and risk analytics. He completed his B. Stat and M. Stat degrees from Indian Statistical Institute (ISI), Calcutta in 2000.
