First of all I'm passionate about agility! I love to discuss with people, try new things, fail sometimes, learn, improve and have a great time doing it all...Coaching teams and organisations and helping them to improve the way they work together is utterly fulfilling and I just love it!
Now regarding my experience after 2 years working in Paris I decided to go abroad and left for México City in October of 2007. There I first worked for a few months as Java/J2EE developer with a local editor before meeting Ariel Etbul, director of Tierra Mytica, a company specialized in designing and developing web applications. I started to work with him as web developer and taught myself RubyOnRails which I would use for all our projects.
During the 7 years I spent working for Tierra Mytica I had the opportunity to become responsible for the IT department and ended up managing the team and helping Ariel in the projects selection and management. It was an incredible experience, I learned a lot as I took more responsibilities and Ariel and I became, and remain to this day, quite good friends!
Back in Paris in January of 2014 I started to work as a consultant for Softeam Consulting of the Softeam Group, first as a senior developer to rapidly become team leader and consultant manager. This was a great opportunity to work once again on large scale projects.
Even though I have a strong education and experience in IT I do not consider myself as a technical leader and feels more comfortable with human contact and management activities which is why I now focus my work in this domain.
