Pamela Ramalingam is a senior level Executive with a 26 year management career providing operating, strategic and business leadership across diverse domains such as Banking & Financial Services Product Lifecycle Management, Defence, Security, Simulation, Aerospace and Health Care. She has worked in leading British, American and Indian MNC's such as Standard Chartered Bank- UK, Thales - France, eFunds - USA, Tata Consultancy Services - India, Selerant Corp - USA and iSoft PLC - UK.
Pam is an Agile Technology Evangelist who has passionately applied Agile principles across both IT & non IT Domains. She has led over 250 Agile programs successfully in UK, India, Dubai, Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong. She has driven agile training for over a 1000 participants in IBM, Accenture, Standard Chartered Bank, Barclays Bank,Statestreet, Corvesta & a host of other organizations. She continues as an Agile Evangelist & mentor with Accenture and HCL StateStreet among others.
She has also been deeply involved with Strategic Management, Operations, Process Engineering, outsourcing & Change Management, all with an Agile touch !
Operations Management: She supports Selerant Corp as an Indian Director providing PLM solutions for process industries. She was the COO for Thales Software India R & D Centre, a wholly owned ODC of the 12.7 billion Euros Thales Group, headquartered in France. She led the Core Banking Program across Indian sub-continent and was part of the core Program Management Team in the ISMS (Information Systems Multi Sourcing) Program which bought in 70% of StanChart Bank applications worldwide into India. In a previous avatar, she led the National Health Service Program (UK) as Program Director, the largest civilian program worldwide.
Strategic Management: She has been involved in strategy, formulation & operating aspects of Program & project management, Estimation, Agile Process, Quality management including CISA-COBIT, SOX and BASEL compliance, Project management competency Frameworks & soft-skills. She formulated strategy for StanChart Tech & Ops with build & deployment of V8 Framework globally as well as Project Management Competency Framework which successfully provided 20% ROI to the organization.
Process Engineering: She created a Process Engineering COE with re-engineered QMS Lite including Agile methodologies such as XP, pair programming, and SCRUM . She led and provided ROI for quality & process at global level for StanChart across 52 countries
Outsourcing & Change Management: Led full cycle Outsourcing engagements for Stanchart, Thales and iSoft from Business Case build to Benefits Management. This included a portfolio of Vendor /Resource Management including large `blended' engagements with Blue Chip Indian IT organizations such as TCS and HCL.
She is a certified CISA, CRISC, ISO Lead Auditor, ITIL, PMI - ACP, SCRUMSTUDY - SDC, SMC, AEC with familiarity in SEI CMM, PSP, TSP, ISO 9001, ISO 27001, BASEL , SOX
