As Design Director in Everest Engineering, I get to invent the future and work with the teams that change the world. In my previous adventure in BCG Digital Ventures I built startups in Australia, Indonesia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia. Even before that, I worked in house and agency, across Europe and Australia, from tiny startups to companies like Domain, Ebay or the fashion giant Inditex.
I've been a designer for almost 20 years and I believe the main ingredients of success are amazing humans, collaboration, wonderful teams and having fun doing what you love.

Workshop
The bulk of the session will be an experiential workshop in which you will learn a couple of collaborative formats identifying shared values (values tournament) and project-specific skills (team skills mesh).
