As an Agile Coach, fostering agile ways of working and leading organizational transformation at scale within squads & tribes through trainings and coaching to create self-organizing teams. As a leader, constant focus on value delivery using Agile, Design thinking, System thinking, Devops & Lean concepts to empower and enable change. Facilitated series of workshops for leaders and teams to assist with transformation - focusing on leadership styles, growth mindset and lean mindset to develop an agile culture.
