Radek has been programming since he was 15 and doesn’t intend to stop. For the last 10 years he’s been working professionally with BEAM technologies, both remotely and on-site, assisting companies from startups to telecommunication giants build and scale their systems. His main tools are Erlang, Elixir and XMPP, and he’s quite keen on making the Erlang ecosystem a good place to be in, for example by implementing EEP-48 chunk support in EDoc to make Erlang docs accessible in the shell and generate pretty ExDoc for Erlang projects. Recently, he's been experimenting with the idea of making Erlang a gradually typed language by contributing to Gradualizer.
