Teacher, adviser and researcher in systems thinking for next generation leadership and governance. Richard has held positions as a scientist, diplomate, strategy consultant, general manager in a global corporate and more recently a partner in a boutique consulting business focussing on the tougher problems the big firms hadn't been able to crack.
Richard is also a member of faculty at Thought Leaders Business School. His research interests are in integration of strategy, execution and governance. If culture eats strategy for breakfast, controls eat innovation for lunch.
