For 25 years, as a manager and executive, I drove important programs such as product development and lean & agile transformations in various high tech, telecom and manufacturing businesses.
For the last 7 years, I am now supporting and advising world class organizations into their quest for market responsiveness and end-to-end execution excellence. My role consists of developing and implementing my client's future lean-agile mode of operation in order to accelerate their global key business programs delivery. This involves leading strategic kaizens, workshops and off sites with executives and upper management from various business units, restructuring program governance, implementing new value delivery KPIs, and leading change management in processes and cultural behaviors.
During all these years, I had key involvements with Bell Canada, Microcell, Textron, Labrie, Telops, Optelvision, Industrial Alliance, Laval's Université, Revenue Québec, Phillips Worlds, and much more.
