Change strategist, coach and published author specialising in adaptive change, because in a disrupted world no organisation can afford to rest on previous success.
Started my early career in Human Resources specialising in change in the IT/Business Services sector. Transitioning people from client organisations I learnt organisational change in the field!
Moved out of Human Resources and appointed as the Head of Business Improvement introducing process improvement methods, tools and frameworks into the organisation. Learnt organisational development through Executive Development programmes at MIT, Stanford and INSEAD. During this time I managed a multi-million pound turnover programme.
Left corporate world in 2005 to set up my own coaching and consulting practice and trained as a professional coach. Co-authored 50 Top Tools for Coaching in 2008, now a Kogan Page best-seller, leading to other publications including Group Coaching: A Practical Guide to Optimizing Collective Talent in any Organization, and a further co-authored book - How to Create a Coaching Culture.
In 2012 I relocated to Western Australia and worked on an SRM/SAP programme gaining credentials in Managing Successful Programmes (MSP)
Coaching and facilitation are the key methods and skillsets I use to engender change agility helping clients create context-specific change frameworks based on continuous improvement and innovation.
