Robert is an LM Fellow and software engineer with over 30 years of experience in the full lifecycle development of large scale software systems. His areas of expertise include software methodologies and processes, schedule and earned value management, and technical team leadership. He has served as a technical lead for multi-discipline teams within Lockheed for more than 25 years. He has also helped numerous programs refine their software development processes and practices and has been actively involved with expanding the use of Agile methods across the Corporation, including as an Agile instructor and coach. Robert is one of the authors of the Lockheed Guidebook for Earned Value Management on Agile programs. Robert has also been leading the corporate activities on understanding and managing technical debt and is the author of the Lockheed Martin guidebook on measuring and managing software technical debt.
