Robin is the Associate Director of the North Carolina Coalition Against Sexual Assault (NCCASA), where she oversee the Rape Prevention Education Program and manages NCCASA’s Anti-Human Trafficking and Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) programmatic internal operations work to develop systems, realigns agency functions to improve overall agency technical assistance, training & member service response to better serve victim survivors.
Robin serves as the Chair of the North Carolina Coalition Against Human Trafficking (NCCAHT), a non-profit coalition of committed members collaborating in knowledge and practice to provide leadership and support across the state to eradicate human trafficking in North Carolina. NCCAHT provides leadership to the anti-human trafficking movement in North Carolina by increasing public awareness of human trafficking through training and educational activities, by organizing and supporting efforts to prevent human trafficking, and by improving victim-survivor services through collaboration.
Robin is a member of the Project Team of UNC-Chapel Hill School of Social Work Project NO REST (North Carolina Organizing and Responding to the Exploitation and Sexual Trafficking of Children). Project NO REST addresses the trafficking of youth in North Carolina, especially those youth who have been involved in the child welfare system.
Robin is the immediate President of the North Carolina Victim Assistance Network (NCVAN) and a NC Judicial Branch appointee to the NC Innocence Inquiry Commission (NCIIC).
