A disruptor by nature, Barton’s irreverent wit cuts directly to the heart of any issue while illuminating spaciousness within paradox. He is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach, inclusion expert, and international speaker who provides powerful change agents, organizations, and their teams the essential tools to capitalize upon the inherent wholeness that exists within human systems.

With a flair for mind-blowing humor and a tangible passion that touches all he meets, Barton’s field expertise includes 10+ years in development of human capital, inclusive program design, and competency-oriented whole-brain learning. Through shifting the paradigm around perceived challenges, talent, and resources, his clients experience amplified impact and profit through honoring a deepened sense of humanity and wholeness within their workforce.

After graduating from The University of Arizona, Barton spear-heading Youth Leaders in Action, an advocacy and leadership program for junior high and high school age youth with disabilities, before going on to serve as the Communications Director and Advocacy Development Ambassador for The North Carolina Council on Developmental Disabilities. From 2011-2012, he was a monthly columnist for The News & Observer Our Lives Column. 

The owner of Get Unpalsied Coaching and Cutter's Edge Consulting, Barton serves as Accessibility Consultant for the Coaches Training Institute while offering leadership development coaching and consulting to organizations and private clients globally.
