Sabina Vitacca works with organisations and team members to integrate mindfulness practices to overcome feelings of stress, overwhelm, lack of focus and engagement in the workplace. Sabina helps her clients transform their unproductive habits, thought patterns and behaviours by teaching them how to bring mindfulness and meditation practices into daily work and home life. As a result, employees become less stressed, more resilient and productive in the workplace and organisations function better as a whole.
Sabina works in group settings delivering corporate mindfulness workshops, as well as offering one-on-one mindfulness training. She works closely with organisations and individuals to ensure that mindfulness workshops and programs are tailor-made to suit individuals needs and work towards specific outcomes.
