In the role of a Scrum Master for three Teams (10 members in each team) at Accretive Health:

• I drive all the Scrum Meetings (Planning, Retrospective/Review, daily stand-ups etc.).

I worked across multiple projects & played multiple roles (Scrum Master, Developer, QA engineer) at Hewlett-Packard, delivering consistent results.

• In the role of a Scrum Master I played a key role in the planning, resource allocation, product back log management, communication, collaboration, execution & closure of the project. Interacted with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts for resolving blockers to ensure seamless project execution.
• I streamlined a complex Application Refresh/Platform Refresh program for HP Sofware. The program involved managing certification of HP software across a complex matrix of application & platform versions. As part of this role I extensively collaborated and worked with multiple cross functional teams and software vendors & put together a process that ties in all the stake holders. I was also instrumental in hands on certification for a number of application and platform refreshes. Acted as the primary contact for clients in relation to project business issues and internal communication with the project team to ensure the solution delivers.
• I was instrumental and hands on in the development of a key product user interface, used for managing an Enterprise Class Software product. This was implemented using JSF technology on Rich Faces framework.
