Metrics and Dashboards form fundamental building blocks to measure and improve on any Agile Transformation initiative.Organizations typically measure Productivity, Quality, Time to Market and Agile coverage for metrics. However , such measurements are not enough if we are looking for sustainability of any Agile transformation.

I have introduced measurements based on Agile Mindset and found to be very impactful from Agile sustainability point of view.In this talk I will present the AMM model -Agile Mindset Measurement model to measure the Agile Mindset.I will support the model with some case studies and suggestions to improve the Mindset scale.
