This presentation shows the use of a personality and temperament assessment model in the context of “individuals and interactions”. As agile coaches, we have noticed that the response to the change varies from active-support to passive-resistance to active-resistance. We are also sometimes puzzled by different responses from the same individual at different times - some message that was actively supported at one time, is almost vehemently opposed a few iterations later.
In this presentation, we try to interpret individual and team-behavior using the DISC model. While, we do not advocate manipulation is any manner whatsoever, we realize that the intent and the process of the message matters more than the content.
