As the Covid-19 pandemic moves into a new phase, and companies are increasingly encouraging staff to return to physical offices, a hybrid mode of working is beginning to emerge. It's not like pre-pandemic distributed working and it's not fully remote anymore either! We have come to the realisation that Scrum events such as Sprint Reviews and Daily Scrums now need deliberate design and a rethink to factor in such things as timezones and team context. In this interactive workshop session, we will explore how to apply Scrum in a hybrid working world.

Reflecting back on my career, I have thought a lot about the managers I have had including the impacts they have had on their organisation, team, and myself personally. In this talk I will discuss typical management behaviours I have encountered, why not all managers are necessarily suited to agile leadership, however all managers can teach you something valuable about leadership.
