Stephanie Tong has over ten years experience in agile and waterfall delivery methods, business operating model design, process re-engineering, and project & portfolio management. A certified Business Analysis Professional (2012) and Scrum Master (2014), Stephanie’s achievements include: designing a future state business operating model to support a new digital direct sales channel for AXA Hong Kong; developing and implementing core business processes for Cathay Pacific that are live in over 40 airports around the world; and delivering a mobile banking app using Agile for ANZ which won the Asia Pacific Financial Insight Innovation Award in 2011. Stephanie is also a trained LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator and is an in-demand consultant where she utilises ‘design thinking’ to help define future state visions for clients.
