Steven Granese has been building innovative software teams and solutions for his entire 17 year career. His expertise lies in transforming organizations to reach new levels of effectiveness and customer satisfaction by adopting Agile principles and practices. He has helped startups, consulting firms, and large enterprises by adapting his approach to his customers' individual needs.
Steven is currently responsible for leading the Agile Consulting Practice at AgileThought. He runs a team of Agile Coaches and Consultants, provides thought leadership to the Agile community, and is responsible for the practice's continued growth.
Prior to his current role, Steven worked at Tribridge for six years as the Director of Innovation for the Concerto Cloud Services division, as a Transformational Agile Consultant, and as a Senior Manager of Custom Software. He spearheaded the firm's adoption of Agile by assisting various Tribridge practices with their own Agile transformations, while serving as a mentor to other Agile coaches and leaders.
Recognized as an expert on Agile, Steven is an avid speaker for companies, conferences, and user groups. He is a Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance, and an Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from the Project Management Institute. Steven holds a Masters Degree from Carnegie Mellon University in the field of Electronic Commerce, an innovative joint-degree program between the Tepper School of Business and the School of Computer Science. He also graduated from Georgetown University with a Masters in Communication, Culture and Technology, and from Wake Forest University with a Bachelors in Psychology.
