Sumit has managed large size QA delivery portfolios involving large size programs/projects for various global banks in right shore model. He has developed solutions collaborating with Clients' offshore captive center and establishing different engagement models including MTS engagements. He has played various key roles at QA onshore and offshore organizations in recent years.
Sumit has contributed to and led QA Transformation initiatives for large banks. He has experience in strategizing, planning and implementation of QA Transformation and has been working with clients from different demographics on Transformation.
He has authored white papers on varying topics like Leadership Development, Changing Testing Trends for BFSI etc. He has been speaking regularly at QAI and various other conferences. Sumit holds MBA degree from Symbiosis University along with degree in B.E from N.M.U. Sumit is ISTQB certified, Engagement Management certified and Six Sigma Yellow Belt certified from Capgemini.
