Tina Vinod (pronouns she/her) is a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Strategist & Consultant, a Belonging Advocate & Storyteller. She helps organisation's overcome barriers to adopt and operationalise high-impact Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategy, practices, programs & communications.

With a fundamental belief that "Representation Matters” she focuses on supporting organisations to leverage DEI as a critical business imperative for holistic & transformative change.

She believes in the pragmatic approach of simplifying diversity by amplifying the voices & lived experiences, potential and capabilities of the under-represented groups, marginalised oppressed & communities, while helping build practical and actionable DEI solutions.

Tina's 22+ years of diverse experience helps organisations look at DEI as strategic investment with a people first approach. Tina helped start and operationalise the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion function in Thoughtworks India and also headed DEI for Thoughtworks globally.

She is currently working with them in the capacity of a DEI Strategist and Consultant. She has spearheaded various high impact award winning programs and initiatives. To name a few -

Areas of focus include building an intersectional DEI strategy, Gender Equity, Social Inclusion, LGBTQ+ equity initiatives, Mental Health and Wellbeing at workplaces, Belonging and Culture catalyst, in addition to conceptualizing and designing DEI change programs.

In addition to a significant time spent in DEI and Social Change functions at Thoughtworks, Tina also comes with experience in driving Inclusive Employer Brand Marketing Campaigns, Recruitment Outreach programs, Administration & Business Operations, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) & POSH implementation, Employee engagement programs & Graduate Development & Training programs.
