Learner & Nurturer trying to Improve the profession of Software development through better people interaction.Focused and Motivator who likes to approach people with empathy.Nurturing others. That’s been my excitement in life at even an early age. When I saw somebody in need, I was there to help. When a fellow student didn’t understand any concept or assignment or how to apply something new that they learned, I was usually there helping them figure it out. As a developer started out my career in Hewlett Packard, I often paired with other developers and worked through solutions, well before agile came into being. After learning and applying Scrum to an organization where I was the Scrum Mastery in 2012 in Ericsson, I realized that I needed to help other organizations as coach. I Continued my journey as a coach, now am trying to nurture and approach people with empathy and helping them to be their better versions. Coached organizations like Ericsson in 2014, RBS in 2015 helped them to enhance Transparency and improved software development through better people Interactions.Instrumental for initiating and Adopting Agile/Lean Practices in RBS, HID Chennai Center.I believe Scrum Mastery is an art. less science and more of an art.
