I am a digital business analyst with a broad range of experience within various industries - Media, Finance, Government, Utilities, Education - and team environments. I had positions of leading teams as well as being the only BA in a team.
I like the versatility of being a BA within an agile team with often fulfilling product owner, scrum master and testing roles not necessarily at the same time.
This experience has made me a strong advocate for multi-functional teams and iterative development. I encourage teams to empower themselves in decision making and get involved in product improvement.
I am also a mum to a cheeky toddler and two crazy dogs. Never a boring moment.

We will share our experiences and walk away with a set of A3 Improvement Themes complete with the first steps ready to implement at your own workplace the very next day. Personally, I will walk away with a whole lot of Improvement Themes. It’s a win-win
