In 2011, joined Mixi, Inc. In 2014, joined Recruit group. At both companies in the Digital Transformation/organizational change situation, I worked on building multiple scrum teams, managing them as a scrum master/agile coach as well as software engineer.
In 2015, Joined Drivemode, Inc. that is Silicon Valley Start-up company. As the organization expanding, I worked on process introduction, project management, people management/hiring, organization structure change, communication development as well as software engineer for Drivemode app. In 2019, Drivemode was acquired by Honda group.
Now my role is Digital Transformation Lead.
